1. All Sales Are Final (Cash on Delivery)
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or dissatisfaction with the product once delivered.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. You must include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos or video of the product and packaging showing the damage or defect
Send this information to [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
3. Return Approval
Once we review your return request and verify the issue, we may offer:
A replacement product (subject to availability)
A return option (at our discretion and based on location)
In rare cases, a full or partial refund if no replacement is possible
4. Conditions for Return Approval
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
The request must be made within 5 days of delivery
The item must be returned (if applicable) within 10 days after receiving our return approval
5. Return Shipping
If a return is approved, Zela Hikes may cover return shipping costs in the case of damaged or incorrect items. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping charges related to returns.
6. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only issued under exceptional circumstances and after we receive and inspect the returned product.
If a refund is approved, we will contact you to arrange the most suitable method (as no electronic payments are collected).
7. No Returns Accepted for the Following
Products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear
Items returned without prior approval
Items returned after 10 days of delivery without communication
Unclaimed COD orders
